The HB Film Festival 🎞️

What an incredible past few days! The HB Film Festival was amazing, so many films, so much talent and creativity. It was incredible to have Pact’s public premiere here 💕

I’ve met so many amazing people and I can’t wait to see what comes next for everyone.

Something you might not know about me is that I am also an actor.

If you have seen my recent stories, you might have caught a sneak peek of some of the film projects I have been lucky to be a part of. I am thrilled to share that two of these films have been officially selected for the HB Film Festival in Paisley, taking place from Thursday, October 1st to Sunday, October 4th, with one project celebrating its world premiere.

Screening details at The Wynd:
Saturday (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM): PACT (World Premiere) — nominated for Best Story

Sunday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Baxter Hammond P.I.
— nominated for Best Makeup

The festival spans four days, showcasing an outstanding lineup of talent from across Scotland and internationally. The weekend concludes with the official awards ceremony on Sunday evening following Baxter Hammond P.I.

Poster previews are included at the end of the video. You can secure your tickets for the festival here: www.hbfilmfestival.com

Hope to see you there.

Last year, I worked as 2nd Assistant Director with @scotnessfilms on their short comedy mockumentary ‘DEAD-END JOB’ Episode Two - ‘Immunde Spiritus’ - and last night, I got to see it on the big screen at the @grosvenorpicturetheatre alongside a great selection of other shorts from fantastic filmmakers like @mcgarciastudios @davidc_murphy @happyaswecanbe @michael_.cooke_official @leon_c_murray etc. What an amazing night celebrating indie filmmaking, and seeing everyone again! #celebratingfilmmaking #independentfilm #cinematrip🎬

We were honoured to have our short film "Phantom Feedback" be screened at this years HB Film Festival.

Everyone at ScotNess had a great time, seeing all the other films screened was a great reminder of why we are proud to be part of the Scottish filmmaking community.

Thank you to everyone who came along, we were so glad to catch up with some old faces and meet some new ones.

Congratulations on seven years of HB, the organisers did extremely well and we hope to see you back next year.
