Leave it to the boss to make the best sauce.

Chef @christopherjrobertson came in hot and cold with two unforgettable creations: the Farm Radish + Kimchee Cocktail Raw Oyster, alongside his stunning Benton’s XO + Braided Homestead Greens & Crispy Rice Cooked Oyster.

It was incredible having the @carillonhotel team join us and showcase fresh vegetables grown straight from their garden, highlighting their commitment to local sourcing, sustainability, and thoughtful cuisine.

A chef and his oysters truly in a league of their own.

Save the world, eat more oysters.

#miamioysterfest 🏝️ was one of a kind. A night celebrating and supporting #southernoysters with fantastic vibes, people, and music. Nights and events like this are what make up my dreams, bringing people together like only briny bivalves can. I’m so blessed that I get to do my bit to save the world in such good company. 🦪🦪🦪
