🎉 FOUR YEARS OF TIPSY OWL! 🦉💜

Four years ago, Tipsy Owl first opened its doors. Two years ago, we took the leap into our current home down a little purple lane in Pontypridd.

So this week, we're celebrating properly! 🥳

Five days of drinks, live music and everything that makes Tipsy Owl, Tipsy Owl. 🍸🎶

🎂 WEDNESDAY — 4TH BIRTHDAY BASH

We're kicking things off with £4 birthday drinks, plus Golden Owls hidden around the bar with prizes to be won! 👀🦉

🎤 THURSDAY — OPEN MIC NIGHT

Our weekly Open Mic from 8pm. Come sing, play, perform or just enjoy the music!

🎸 FRIDAY — JAMILA LIVE

The incredible Jamila live from 8pm.

Soulful. Powerful. Unmissable. 🎶

🥁 SATURDAY — STEEL DRUMS + VINYL

Pan Man Gen brings the Caribbean vibes with live steel drums from 4pm–6pm. 🌴☀️

Then Chris Murphy takes over from 6pm until late with a huge Vinyl Saturday session. 💿🕺

☘️ SUNDAY — TEMPLE BAR HOUSE BAND

We're finishing the celebrations with proper Irish Sunday vibes from 5pm! 🇮🇪🍻

Live music, pints and one hell of a way to end our birthday week.

💜 5 DAYS. ONE BIG BIRTHDAY. 💜

Thank you to everyone who's walked down that purple lane, bought a pint, drank a cocktail, played our stage, supported an event or simply made Tipsy Owl part of their week.

Four years down.

We're only getting started. 🦉💜

F E S T I V E P E E R S U P P O R T

Tonight we hosted another Parents Peer Support Evening. It was a powerful, uplifting space to share experiences, feelings and troubles amongst people who understand.
Thank you to every parent who joined us — for your honesty, your courage, your laughter, and the gentle moments in between.

These gatherings show us just how important it is to have a place where families facing childhood cancer can talk openly, feel understood, and know they’re never alone.

Together, we shared experiences, swapped advice, supported one another… and most importantly, created a safe community where every story matters.

To those who braved coming to their first event with us, welcome, we hope you found it useful. To those who couldn’t make it this time, we’re thinking of you — and we hope to see you at the next one.

A huge thanks to Cobbles for hosting us and for the beautiful food, the care of your staff was second to none. Thank you to David C. Thomas Singer/Songwriter for making the vibe absolutely perfect ✨
