It is not lost on me how fortunate and blessed we are to have done this trip with Cooper. A few years ago we had said that we would do this for each kid when they graduated. The reality of it was better than I ever imagined! Having a large family is a blessing but getting one on one time like this is sacred. I highly recommend it to everyone, no matter the size of your family, or where you go, or how long the trip. This will forever be one of my most favorite trips…our first vacation with an adult child! Launching your kids into the world is the most thrilling and terrifying thing to do! I know Cooper is ready and we couldn’t be any more proud of him and who he is a person! None of this trip could have happed without @daviderochford! He didn’t just hang around the house and keep the other 3 fed, he took them to the beach, on trails at the state park, doing crafts, and having fun…while also running them to orchestra camp and recital rehearsals AND dealing with a refrigerator that went out right before we left and an AC that went out while we were gone. But he never stressed…we didn’t feel any of the stress and neither did the kids. It all got taken care of and adds some flair to the story of life! Thank you David, for blessing our family with your time and calm presence!
