It took me longer to reflect on my 2025, but boy—was it a beautiful year.

January: saw Hamilton, enjoyed coffee shops + drive in dates. Recovered from holiday travels w/ snuggles

February: David and I decided to officially take a step back from the office grind and start transitioning to working from home (best decision I could have done for my mental health in retrospect)

March: my parents came to town to visit, David and I attended an investment conference, I practiced more self care than I had in a long time. Went to my first Charlotte FC game!

April: Spent the week in the Dominican Republic, celebrated our “anniversary”, David’s birthday, had dinner at our first date spot in ATL, and said goodbye to a dear friend.

May: spent a long weekend in Orlando and visited Disney Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Also traveled to Colorado for the first time to see friends. Enjoyed hot springs and beautiful views.

June: went on a girls trip to San Francisco and took the dogs camping for the first time. Millie loved getting to swim again and Shandy loved to explore off leash. David and I were also on Hard 75 for the 2nd time.

July: flew to Vancouver for a friends birthday. Took a float plane up to Whistler for a few nights. One of my favorite parts of the year.

August: played pickleball, enjoyed more Sunday dates, dog sat the sweetest frenchie boys.

September: took a trip home to MN to surprise my family for a long weekend. Spent time on the boat before my dad puts it away for the season. Enjoyed 1v1 time with my mom and dad.

October: WOW. Spent two weeks in Japan. Turned 29. Became a fiancé!!!

November: worked a holiday party, enjoyed Thanksgiving at our fav restaurant, soaked in engagement bliss—all while grinding through our busy open enrollment season lol

December: my favorite month of all time. Married my best friend, mini-mooned in the mountains, spent two weeks visiting family in MN and ID, attended our first Charlotte Checkers hockey game and soaked in our new titles of husband and wife.

I don’t know how 2026 can top a year like that, but I have a feeling it’s going to be even better. Here’s to crushing our list of goals and building our dream.

David & Kenzie opted out of the traditional wedding route and decide to go for a laid back, yet super sweet and chic courthouse elopement.

The temps were low and the winds were high, but these two kept things fun and warm with their magnetic chemistry. The Charlotte skyline backdrop was the perfect fit fo their vibe.

We couldn’t be more excited for these two and loved every minute we got to spend with these guys.

More of these please!

The temps were low and the winds were high, but these two kept things fun and warm with their magnetic chemistry. The vibes were high as they literally walked straight from their ceremony to their session with us. Magic, of course, ensued.

We couldn’t be more excited for these two and loved every minute we got to spend with these guys.

More please!

12/10/25: sneak peek 📸 & a hard launch in one post!! — brb, changing my last name 🤍

not sure what we were thinking getting married in the midst of our busiest time of the year (hello, open enrollment), but looking back we wouldn’t have had it any other way. We had the best officiant, the best witnesses (perks of having a sister who lives in the same city as you lol @macyhietala15), and the best photographers who captured our perfect day.

@candleandquill were amazing to work with and we are so grateful to have crossed paths with them. They weathered a cold windy day and kept things so fun! As newlyweds, it was so refreshing to see another husband and wife duo working together because they truly enjoy one another’s company.

lastly, big shoutout to my parents for being so supportive and understanding. I know it wasn’t easy to not be there on our big day, but it’s important to remember who gave me the inspiration in the first place 😉 I love you both!

anyways—I’m a wife! I love you @davidflannery. Cheers to forever with you! 🥂

Bee Tee Dubs, the full short film for CANDY is up and free to stream on YouTube now. Insta hates links, but it's easy to find with a simple "CANDY TITLEFRAME" search. Getting to put something on film with best friends like @andrewburnfilm @titleframe and @bignatehess was a dream come true.

Come for the Creepshow vibes. Stay for the candy.

And we aren't done yet. Signal Zero is Seed & Sparking right now with a Q1 2026 shoot window, if youre feeling generous this holiday season.
