Reminding myself that the audition is the win. ✨

4 theatrical auditions in 2 days… whew! 😮‍💨🎬 It’s been a busy week, but I’m feeling incredibly grateful for every opportunity that comes my way. Now I’m just praying that busy turns into BOOKED! 🙏🏼✨

Huge thank you to my manager @shanellegray and team at @completemanagementgroup for believing in me and making sure I had the opportunity to audition for these incredible projects.

And a special thank you to my coaches at @davidgraystudios and my big sis @officialnyannamarie for helping me prepare and bringing out my best in every audition. Your support means the world to me! ❤️

No matter what happens, I’m celebrating every chance to step into the room and do what I love. 🎭✨

Wish me luck! Maybe you’ll be seeing me on your screen sooner than you think. 🙏🏽🤞🏽🤭🎬💫

It’s all in the details! That extra care you’re taking with your self-tapes is paying off 🙌

That specificity give you a win before a casting director even presses play. It’s in the thumbnail, the costume, the hair, the very first frame.

On this week’s episode of Get Scene Unscripted, Broadway vet and LA acting coach David Gray (HBO’s Game Change opposite Julianne Moore, David Gray Studios) sits down with host Jesse Malinowski to talk about why every self-tape looks the same, how the vertical boom reshaping casting, and why only 2% of SAG works at any given time.
