I a world where anything can happen, never know who you'll meet, never know what opportunities will come your way... I am blessed with what I get to call work and even more so with the individuals I get to work with.

Being in a position to help people reach their goals, well I couldn't think of anything better.

Stage shots are in!

And it’s Birthday eve!

I’ll be turning 44 in the best condition physically of my life, and I couldn’t of done it without @davidjohncook_ ❤️

From start to finish he’s been amazing, communication & support can’t be matched. And more importantly he believed in me.

This is just the start of our journey together ❤️

Thank you for giving me my confidence back and a middle age body I could of only ever dreamed of

July 2025 (206lbs) - July 2026 (145lbs)
.
Heavily debated posting this one, I really struggle with appreciating how far I have come and always focus more on the negatives and slip ups along the way. There have been lots of 'good' and 'bad' months with diet and training over the last year, injuries and mental challenges to overcome, but finally reversing out of the cut on a high note and with a whole lot of progress physically and mentally 💪🏼
.
Previously I weighed just over 260lbs, lost 95lbs and then gained a whole lot back by the time the first photo was taken. I was feeling pretty shit about how I looked, training consistency was all over the place, food was completely off the rails, and had started to seriously consider using injections to lose the weight again knowing how difficult and long the process would be
.
Im very happy with what @davidjohncook_ and I have been able to achieve together so far and most importantly - naturally and sustainably, the change in physique is the first thing people notice but the athlete mindset and better relationship with food and training that we have had to work hard on behind the scenes is where the real magic happened and I couldn't be more grateful for the hardwork and patience he has shown me along the way 👊🏼
.
Reverse week 1 is underway, training feels fucking great and the little increase in food is working wonders already, very excited for this next phase! (And I will start smiling in my check in / posing photos) 😂
