Family … not through blood but through relationships. I thank you for the opportunity to coach you and parents, for allowing me to coach your sons as mine.

2007 I’m out!
Wishing you all the BEST!!! In whatever you’re pursuing! Grab life by the horns and own it! And if you ever fall, get right back up and face it again! Go on my sons!

25’ Outdoor Szn ☀️🏃🏻‍♂️💨

100m: 12.72 -> 11.89
200m: 25.72 -> 24.10
400m: 57.98 -> 54.34

Although I’m not that fast, I just wanted to highlight the progress I’ve made with this team. I’m very thankful to the coaches and teammates that pushed me to become better each meet when I didn’t believe in myself. Finally in my junior year of track I got to run at states and have the opportunity to go to New England as an alt. for 4x400m relay (I’m def not running, just there to watch). With my season (basically) over I now have one more year left. I let this post be reminder for myself to lock in for the summer and fall to cook for my senior year of indoor and outdoor track. Thank You Lewiston 🙏

It’s a wrap and there has been fun, lessons from losses and relationships that strengthened or in some cases, need continued growth. The chapter for my time with this team ends, and with that a new one shall emerge soon! I’m always going to be there for these young men and their families.
Thank you another year around the soccer ⚽️ Sun ☀️ and rain 🌧️ and snow ❄️
