The story of “I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, so I made it myself” is one of the most well trodden paths into someone starting their own brand. Years of developing their own point of view and honing their skills into a singular creative expression becomes a whole universe guided by their own vision. Not all the people behind brands are overtly visible, but for some of those who are happy to be seen, seeing them in their own stuff fills us with the confidence that there is full belief in their product and if it was perfect to them and their elite taste, it could also be perfect for us. 場所は「阪急メンズ東京」 @hankyu_mens_tokyo の6階。 Hi David! @davidkeyte I’m so happy to be involved with a brand I’ve loved for years! #Repost @universal_works with @use.repost ・・・ Welcome to Universal Works Tokyo. Our first permanent home in Japan, and our furthest outpost yet, is now open @hankyu_mens_tokyo , Ginza. The new space is also home to Works Canteen, our first ever café and a new place for people to come together. Universal Works has been sold in Japan for 15 years. During that time, we have been fortunate to build long-standing relationships with shops, partners and customers across the country. Opening our first permanent home here feels like a natural continuation of that story. Like many of our stores, Tokyo was never just part of a grand plan for expansion. It came about through years of working together, ongoing conversations, and the right opportunity presenting itself at the right time. In many ways, Japan chose us. Universal Works Tokyo Hankyu Men’s Tokyo 2-5-1 Yurakucho, Chiyoda City Tokyo 100-8488, Japan - Welcome to Universal Works Tokyo
