Here’s some memories from these past days… Thanks to all the @dirtcamp.run crew and staff. This was such a great experience, I hugged and enjoyed mother nature a little longer this time. 🏕️🌳🍃🥹🫶🏽. Now back to life, back to reality. 🥲

Dirt, elevation, and plenty of miles.
That’s a wrap on our first Dirt Camp in the Berkshires.

Dirt Camp was SO much fun!! What a weekend of pure adventure 🏃‍♀️

Being immersed in nature and with people who love running as much as I do was inspiring. Everything was amazing.. the food, yoga, Zumba, kayaking, cold plunging for the first time, sauna, campfires & smores, making new friends and lots of amazing memories. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Getting to meet @tommy_rivs was just the icing on the cake, but what I learned most is to just get out there and enjoy it 🤍 Can’t wait for next years @dirtcamp.run 🌲

Dirt Camp (trail running camp) was the best birthday weekend ever!

I met the incredible Tommy Rivs. It is not often that we get to meet someone that inspires us on such a deep level, let alone someone that literally changes your life. Tommy is the reason I finally was able to start to run. Hope is one of the most powerful gifts that we can give another individual, and he gave me that gift so that I can share it with others. There is nothing more beautiful or profound. I'll forever be grateful for the fire in my soul that burns brighter because of the words and encouragement from this man! I do my best to keep that fire burning and share embers from it with whomever I meet. We can all make the world a little bit brighter, a little bit stronger, and a little bit better by sharing hope! 💜💜💜

I also met the amazing David Laney, an incredible endurance athlete! He brought wisdom to us and provided inspiration for continuing on this journey. I had a wonderful talk with him about how inclusive running is and how much I appreciate athletes like him that continue to cheer on everyone! Front of the pack, back of the pack, it really doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is showing up. Such a genuinely kind and humble soul!

Craft Sportswear and Marathon Sports, I am eternally grateful to you for bringing all of these incredible individuals together. This weekend was the best birthday present I could possibly have had! Being surrounded by hundreds of runners and still feeling like I belong ... there are no words. Thank you so much for choosing to support and encourage athletes at every level and for bringing us all together to remind us that, no matter where we are at, we all belong! 💜💜💜

A few frames from a week in Chamonix.

Early mornings, long days, tired legs, changing light and mountains everywhere.
But more than anything, a week shared with an incredible group of people.

Good times, best crew, beautiful chaos.

Chamonix, you are always special. See you next year.

Chamonix, thank you for an amazing and emotional week. From connecting as a team and chasing dreams, to pushing our limits at 9,700+ meters of elevation, there were tears, laughter, challenges, and unforgettable moments along the way.

Grateful for every moment, every conversation, and every person who made this week what it was.

See you next year!
