This is the driveway for our air bnb!

Day 1 of our NC motorcycle trip I took the R3. I was so nervous but for no reason. What a GREAT day with friends.

You never know you can until you try.

Zip ties fix so many things...provided you have something to zip tie to 😂. When @robs_ride license plate fell off (that's really a thing?) we tried to fix it.

The story of the Batcave in Hickory Nut Gorge, on the Blue Ridge Parkway, is one of sadness, devastation, yet full of faith, hope and love.

September 2024 brought Hurricane Helene up the east coast. The devastation here was unsurpassed with over 2,000 landslides which redesigned the entire landscape. All roads and pedestrian bridges in and out were either washed away or blocked with fallen trees and mud, locking everyone in. Fire trucks couldn't get in to handle emergencies either. 57 days without water, food supplies were dropped in by helicopters, plus the washed away homes, made the death toll climb. Yet these people remained resilient.

The road we rode on was recently reopened, bringing tourists and therefore, money to a town still destroyed. Tbh it was crazy that we rode through some areas. I'm definitely not afraid of gravel and pot holes anymore.

You can read more about this by googling "Bat Cave Hurricane Helene."

What? Never seen someone tuck on a Harley before?

Was fighting for my life for 20 minutes there. And everyone on Cardo: I'm sorry 😂

Throwback of a video never posted. Before cat ears! It's from my first annual motorcycle trip in 2023 where I accomplished a dream to ride up the Pacific Coast Highway. The goal was to ride from San Diego to the port to go to Catalina (I really wanted a tee), but we got going too late so we didn't go that far north.

Rented a bike from @ridersshare (link in bio). Loved this bike so much I came home and bought one.

The best adventures are with the people whom you want to make memories with.

This year the trip will be to the mountains of North Carolina. Hubby and I are trailering all three bikes down this time.

This video is from our Colorado trip in 2024. Altho not everyone in this video will be coming this year, they're there in spirit. I tagged everyone who came out to Colorado.

Colorado is beautiful and the space around you is just grand. To ride on top of the mountains was a feeling I can't explain (besides not looking down). First part was at The Garden of the Gods and the snow was heading up to The Continental Divide.

Video captured on my @insta360 X3. The quality is just 🥰.

Colorado has some interesting weather patterns hahah. Got to see a triple rainbow, got poured on... Then froze at the top of the mountain 🏔️. All in all a great weekend trip!

Thanks for @shurple for inviting me, and @2wheelssammy for being a wonderful sport for my shenanigans!
