I am terrible at taking time out…. I don’t know how to function without a pressing project or a purpose outside of work or writing.
However…..

This handful of highlights from the most wonderful week of downtime shows I can do it and thrive when my soul is filled with joy 💙
Laughter, food, road trips, friendship and fun…. 🙏Feeling very blessed to have such good people in our lives and endless unconditional love. 💙

📚I am so ready to receive my structural edits for book six and get writing again!

Hope all is well with you and sending love from the Cowells in Greece and, of course, from the cats- Kenneth and Ouzo

Don’t wait until you’re older to realise that you need to improve your health. Build a strong foundation now and take the leap into an investment in your future health. Stay independent, move well and feel good!

Manchester Pride 2023 🌈
I can’t believe it’s taken me until 30 to attend my first pride. The people, the celebration and the love. 2024 is already in the calendar! To new experiences and new friends 🎉🌈 #pride #manchesterpride #loveislove

One of our favourite pieces, which came from winning an award for 3D work, but being very, very proud of our 2D work. Wonderful designs and animations from @knowlio and David Ridges #2d #animation #design #illustrators #knowlio #characterdesign

Here is Uli Meyer looking for the muse through his bean's tin camera (with polo packet view finder). I always wanted to join the super gang of Uli, Matt Jones, Matt Cruikshank and Oscar Grillo... but there again I always wanted to join the super gang of Craig Knowles, Dave Ridges and Jez Hall... then of course there is the super duper gang of Nora Towny, Tomm Moore and Ross Stewart... BUT as Groucho succinctly put it, 'I would never want to be part of a club that would have me as a member'.
Tread your own path little sausages, never did me any harm
