Over the last year, PULSE has evolved through many different versions, essences, directions - but what has remained the core medicine throughout this journey is the feeling of the people at the heart of it.

You all have given so much of your hearts and souls to this collective, and what goes beyond the notes themselves is your collaborative felt presence. As this family continues to create a unique and powerful impact in the local community, and then onto the stages around the world, the magic of creating new music on the spot every time is carried by your willingness to step into the unknown with trust for each other and a deep belief in the mission.

You find yourself hovering between memory and whatever comes next. Wondering what ghost you were before this life and what spirit you’ll be when the curtain drops on the whole circus.

Mostly, you’ve unplugged from the machine .. or you at least like to tell yourself you have, right up until the world sucks you back in. So you stay rooted in the physical presence, finding a raw, uncomfortable sanctuary in simply inhabiting this temporary meat suit.

Acceptance isn’t a serene grace. It’s heavy, bruised, and tiring to drag around while the itch to run keeps whispering.
Stay, go, laugh at the absurdity. It doesn’t matter. You take a breath, step into the noise, and remain endlessly, recklessly in awe of this brief, beautiful mess of a human ride.

The thing about mirrors… they don’t create anything. They just reflect what’s in front of them.

And I believe life is just like that.

The energy we bring into a room changes the room.
The way we show up and what we give people changes the way they meet us. And what we put into the world has a funny way of moving around and finding us again.

And no… I don’t think everything that comes back to us is ours. It’s a little more complicated than that.

But I do believe what we put into the world has a way of moving through it… cause It all goes somewhere.

And it’s enough to make me pay attention…

What am I bringing with me?

Because that part… is always mine.

And we already know that :

O mais interessante sobre os espelhos é que eles não criam nada. Só refletem o que está na frente deles.

E eu acredito que a vida funciona um pouco assim também.

A energia que a gente leva para um lugar muda aquele ambiente.
A forma como a gente chega, como se coloca, o que oferece… tudo isso influencia a forma como as pessoas respondem à gente.

E aquilo que a gente coloca no mundo tem um jeito curioso de circular… e, de alguma forma, encontrar o caminho de volta.

E não… eu não acho que tudo o que chega até nós seja um reflexo nosso. A vida é muito mais complexa do que isso.

Mas eu acredito que tudo o que a gente coloca no mundo vai para algum lugar.

E só isso já me faz prestar mais atenção…

O que eu estou levando comigo?

Porque essa parte… é minha.

E a gente já sabe que:
A vida acontece a partir de nós . 🤍

Being an insatiable woman has been overwhelming to many. À la settling to fit into their comfort zone so I feel a temporary sense of belonging, which will eventually blow up in everyone’s face.

Recently, at a retreat, I had an experience of myself so powerful that afterwards I reflected on how I could ever possibly forget. And yet, I have. A thousand times.

I am not one of those people put on the planet to make people comfortable. I am here to speak truth to power. And that, understandably so, can be “too much” for some.

When you acknowledge the truth of your purpose it can reveal the lies you’ve been telling yourself to stay comfortable.

And that’s exactly what the Culture of Convenience wants… to keep you comfortably settled in the “good enough” to not ruffle too many feathers.

And you, my love, are a dangerous woman.

A danger to the illusion of peace that is actually ignorance. A danger to the status quo. To the complacency.

I’m not here for your comfort…

I’m here to wrangle a pride of unwrangleable dangerous women to change the tide of wealth and impact on the planet. 🐉
