Every child deserves to know how to protect themselves.

At RADA, our private Jiu-Jitsu lessons allow us to focus on each child’s individual needs, working on practical self-defense skills for situations involving bullying, unwanted physical contact, or aggressive behavior.

Through personalized, supervised training, children learn how to recognize unsafe situations, set boundaries, create space, and respond appropriately when someone crosses those boundaries.

Our goal isn’t to teach children to fight. It’s to help them develop the skills and confidence to protect themselves and know what to do when faced with a difficult situation.

a vida muda, a gente muda, os dias passam e tantas coisas acontecem pelo caminho…

mas existe algo muito bonito em saber que, no meio de todas essas mudanças, ainda temos um ao outro.

que sorte a minha ter alguém para dividir os dias comuns, as risadas sem motivo, os planos, os silêncios e até aquelas pequenas implicâncias que só quem ama conhece.

porque talvez amar seja exatamente isso: encontrar alguém com quem a vida fica mais leve. alguém que você continua escolhendo, mesmo depois de conhecer todas as suas versões.

e se eu pudesse escolher de novo, entre todas as pessoas e todos os caminhos possíveis…

eu ainda escolheria você.

Every Saturday from 8:30–9:30 AM, Professor Brandon leads our Kids Competition Wrestling Class — an invitation-only class for young athletes who have demonstrated exceptional skill, commitment, and potential.

With his extensive wrestling experience, Professor Brandon is helping our competitors sharpen their takedowns, develop better control, and take their game to another level.

I miss this feeling.

Shaving my head. Getting focused. Knowing it’s time to go to war and compete again.

It’s been 2 years since I last stepped on the competition mats, and right now I’m in a different fight — rebuilding my body, recovering, and getting back to myself.

But something else has changed too.

After several years, I finally have my mind completely focused and dedicated to a group of students who truly want to compete, put in the work, and achieve different results. It’s been a long time since I’ve had students this hungry and committed to the process.

Coaching them, watching them work, and feeling that competition energy again is bringing something back in me. It makes me want to compete again even more.

Maybe 2027 is the year I step back on those mats.

And if everything goes according to plan, 2028 will be my final year competing — with a full camp, a healthy body, 100% preparation, and nothing left behind.

My last dance. 🥋🔥

One final chapter, done the right way.

I can’t wait.

Final de semana intenso, longe do resultado que eu esperava, mas saio muito feliz e orgulhoso da minha performance. Fiz lutas duríssimas contra atletas de alto nível, e me senti muito bem durante toda a competição. Lutei pra frente, com disposição, energia e entregando tudo dentro do tatame.

Só tenho a agradecer a Deus por me capacitar e me permitir fazer aquilo que amo. 🙏🏻
