✨ LESSONS LEARNED FROM THE IMPACT & LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2026 ✨

Some experiences leave you with more than memories; they leave you with lessons that shape your mindset, leadership, and purpose. 💫

Here are a few lessons I took away from the @impactinleadership Conference 2026:

🔹 Provide Solutions. Don't just identify problems; become part of the solution.

🔹 Add Value Daily. Wherever you find yourself, make a meaningful impact. Leave a signature, an aura, and a positive impression that speaks even when you're absent.

🔹 Legacy Is Built Daily. The little things you do consistently today become the foundation of the legacy you leave tomorrow.

🔹 Be Kind With Your Words. You never know what someone is going through. Let your words inspire, encourage, heal, and uplift.

🔹 Create Systems and Structures. Build something that is bigger than you, something that can continue to grow, function, and create impact even in your absence.

🔹 Document Every Story and Every Journey. Your experiences matter. Capture the process, celebrate the milestones, and document the lessons. Your story may be the inspiration someone else needs.

🔹 You're Not Losing Out. Everyone has their own journey, pace, and season. Don't allow comparison to make you feel behind. Keep learning, growing, building, and showing up. Your time will come. ❤️

My biggest takeaway? Leadership is not just about the position you occupy; it is about the value you create, the people you impact, the structures you build, and the legacy you leave behind.

I'm leaving this conference with a renewed mindset, a greater sense of purpose, and a reminder that impact begins with the little things we do every day.

Here's to becoming more intentional about the value we bring, the lives we touch, and the legacy we are building. 🥂✨

The goal is not just to be present. The goal is to make an impact.

🎗️❤️ TOGETHER, WE CAN TURN UP THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER!

Behind every awareness campaign is a life worth saving, a family worth protecting, and a story worth continuing. 💗

As a volunteer with @pink.africa.foundation, I’m inviting you to join us as we stand together to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and remind everyone that the fight against cancer is a fight we must face together.

💗 WHAT TO EXPECT:
✅ Free cervical cancer screening
✅ Free prostate cancer screening
✅ Free breast cancer screening
✅ Free eye screening
✅ Blood donation 🩸

📍 Venue: Government Secondary School, Akim, by Rabana Roundabout
📅 Date: Saturday, 24th October
Time:9am

Come out, show your support, spread the word, and be part of something that matters. Because sometimes, one conversation, one screening, or one act of awareness can make a difference.

🎗️ TURN UP THE FIGHT. SAVE LIVES. SPREAD HOPE.

I'll see you there! ❤️🫶🏽

A NEW CHAPTER OF SERVICE 🎗️✨

I am deeply honoured and excited to officially announce that I have been inaugurated as the State Coordinator of the Youth Coalition Against Cancer (YOCAC), Cross River State. 🎗️💚
This moment means so much to me. From being nominated, going through the application and selection process, to finally receiving the opportunity to serve in this capacity, I am grateful for every step of the journey.
I am proud of this milestone, but more importantly, I am reminded that every opportunity to lead is an opportunity to serve.

As a State Coordinator, I am committed to using my voice, passion and platform to contribute to cancer awareness, prevention, early detection, education and advocacy, particularly among young people and within our communities.

I believe that early detection saves lives, and I look forward to working with young people, health professionals, organisations, communities and other stakeholders to strengthen cancer awareness and encourage people to take their health seriously.

I am stepping into this role with a heart ready to learn, collaborate, serve and make an impact.

Here’s to a new chapter, new responsibilities, new collaborations and greater impact. 🎗️✨

Grateful. Excited. Ready to serve. ❤️

July Dump 🤍

July stretched me, tested me, and left me exhausted... but I'm still here.

I survived every hard day, every silent battle, and every unanswered question. For that, I'll always be grateful.

Here's to choosing gratitude over giving up. 🌿✨ #JulyDump #StillStanding #GratefulHeart #Survivor
