Been gatekeeping these 🫶🏻

There is something so special about creating something that is completely yours 💖 Full freedom to take your vision any direction you want. I used to be so black and white. Creating @expntl_athletics has absolutely changed me for the better 💖

August 🗝️💖

A little late to the party, but August was too good not to share 💖 Lots of work, running, a new 10k PR, and time getting stronger. AND we made it through the thick of the FL heat 🌞 (kinda).

Now it’s time for my FAV month of the year. And it’s my bday month 💖 I have so much planned, so many things I want to do, new ideas, and work has been bringing me so much excitement and joy recently. Grateful to do something that continues to light me up.

Here’s to September! 🥂

Sunsets in St Pete 🤍

What a week it’s been! Crazy couple of days working on a project for @expntl_athletics and I am so dang happy with how we brought this vision to life 💖 It’s one thing to create a collection, but bringing it to life is when the magic happens. I’m so incredibly proud of what we’re building @expntl_athletics 🫶🏻

It all starts with an idea 💭
Happy Saturday! 🌞

My little slice of heaven 🩵🐚

St Pete sunsets will forever have my heart 💛 I’ll never forget April of 2025 when I came back to visit while living in CO, and I just knew I needed to make St Pete my home again.

Long run tomorrow! 🏃🏻‍♀️ It’s looking **hot** so wish ya girl luck! 😅

Golden hour in St Pete 💛

You can’t control everything, but you CAN always choose to smile 🫶🏻

Ps: Who is going to be at Hyrox NYC?! I’ll be racing mixed doubles on 5/30. This training has been so different for me, but I’ve loved the switch up from my usual marathon training ❤️

Happy Friday! 🌞
