In wrestling, success is often decided by who can produce force, stay in strong positions, and maintain control when fatigue sets in. That’s why every exercise in our program has a specific purpose—it isn’t just about getting stronger, it’s about building qualities that transfer directly to competition.

Today’s session emphasized unilateral strength, explosive power, upper-body force production, and resilience through the hips and posterior chain.

This session focused on:
🔹 Staggered Range Trap Bar Deadlifts – unilateral strength & force production
🔹 Band-Assisted Lunge Jumps – explosive lower-body power
🔹 Half-Kneeling Landmine Overhead Press – shoulder stability & core control
🔹 Barbell Bent-Over Rows – upper-back strength for pulling and posture
🔹 GHD Nordic Hamstring Curls – elite posterior chain strength & injury resilience
🔹 Copenhagen Hip Dips – adductor strength for hip control and durability

The goal is simple: develop athletes who are stronger, more explosive, and more durable when it matters most—on the mat.
