I get to see A LOT of outsider programs this time of year with kids at school doing team lifts. To be honest, they’re all kinda the same. It’s very common to have a lot of exercises covering a wide variety of areas on one day. Personally, I think there’s another way to go about stimulating training adaptations. Like what we do in the Freak Athlete Protocol, creating more specificity, more measurement, and more of a singular focus create some of the best results you will ever find in training.
