2025:

Every year we lose ourselves just to rediscover what it means to live; reinventing the human we ultimately strive to be. There are times throughout the year that I forgot what it meant to be excited for each day. Forgetful of the small things that make the world around us so great. Sunshine, fresh baked bread, relationships. Each year will be filled with loss, love, life, and laughter.

I took a back seat on my goals. Letting the mundane creep in like a bad old habit. I lost interest of what was important, or maybe those interests have changed. Finding a purpose is a difficult road. Sometimes it takes that leap of courage, that trust in your faith to propel you to that next scary chapter. Take. The. Damn. Jump. This time is so precious and so fickle. Start coaching, pick up the guitar, go for the walk, read the book, speak in public. Love endlessly.

Change is undeniable. People will come and go. Relationships will blossom and die. The fear of inadequacy cannot control our narrative. Be grateful for these cherished moments day in and day out.
