THANK YOU to everyone who honored our son and brother during this year’s #BEKINDLIKENICK challenge. 🌻💛

We were blown away reading your stories from California to New York! Knowing how many lives were touched, we are certain Nick was smiling down on all of us.

It was incredible to hear about all the ways you paid it forward: •Paying for the person behind you in drive-thrus at Andy’s, Chick-fil-A, Dairy Queen, Queenie’s, local coffee shops, and countless McDonald’s & Starbucks locations 🍦☕️
•Buying meals & essentials, like purchasing McDonald’s for someone experiencing homelessness, paying for a stranger’s groceries, and buying school supplies 🎒🛒
•Generous gestures, like tipping big for Uber rides, sending Venmo gifts, and donating to charities 🚗✨
•Thoughtful acts, like gifting an Our Lady of Fatima figurine, surprising a family facing cancer with dinner, and even sharing a cookie with a coworker to brighten their day 🍪🕯️

Every single act of kindness, big or small, kept Nick’s generous spirit alive in such a beautiful way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for remembering him with us.

Today is always a heavy, emotional day for our family, but seeing all your messages and hearing about the acts of kindness you’re planning truly means the world to us💛

It’s hard to believe it’s been 8 years since we lost Nick. 7 years ago, to honor his memory, we started a tradition of going to McDonald’s (one of his absolute favorites) and paying for the person in line behind us. We wanted a simple act of kindness we could each carry out, especially on the years we couldn’t all be together in person.

Even though we are apart today, we’re doing that exact same thing, paying it forward and carrying Nick’s generous spirit with us wherever we are.

Thank you so much to everyone spreading love and kindness in his memory today. If you haven’t gotten a card yet to hand out with your act of kindness, you can still print one directly from the link in our bio🌻

It’s hard to believe, but July 31st will mark 8 years since we lost Nick. To honor his incredible, generous spirit, we are getting everything ready for our yearly random act of kindness in memory of Nick. 🌻

We wanted to share this early so everyone has time to mark their calendars. We’ll be sending out/handing out the wallet cards soon! We hope you'll join us this July in spreading some love, just like Nick always did. 💛

“If you want to be a lion, then you must train with lions.” 🦁⛳️
From college fairways to pro tours, this crew showed up big time:
🏆 KS Fourball & KS Am Champs (again)
🇺🇸 2 US Am qualifiers
🎯 2 KFT starts + PGA Tour Americas status earned
📊 Watson Challenge: 3 in the Top 5, 5 in the Top 20
📚 Big 12 Scholar Athlete of the Year
⛳️ PING All-Region & NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American

And the summer stat line?
3 🥇 wins | 9 🥈 top 5s | 14 top 10s | 21 top 25s

Couldn’t be prouder of the work this group has put in—both in the gym and on the course. 🚀

If you want to be elite, come train where the lions train.

Fact-Based > Being Flashy.

When it comes to training rotational athletes, hype doesn’t transfer—mechanics and metrics do.

✅ We don’t guess—we measure.
✅ We don’t chase trends—we chase torque.
✅ We don’t just train hard—we train on-plane, under control, and with intent.

Rotation is power, but without the right foundation—hip-to-shoulder separation, pelvic control, force transfer—it’s just wasted motion.

🎯 Med balls, isometrics, velocity-based lifts, and mobility screens aren’t gimmicks when they’re applied with purpose.
🎯 Strength doesn’t matter if you can’t sequence it.
🎯 Speed doesn’t matter if you can’t stabilize it.

We don’t just make athletes sweat—we make them better.
Because at the end of the day, results follow systems—not vibes.
