COMPETITION STANDARDS

RX TEAMS

INTERMEDIATE TEAMS

We are making some small tweaks 🤏 to the comp workouts.

Use the CrossFit Open standards as a good judge pf what division to sign up for.

We will post the workouts soon.👉🏻👈🏻

WHY SHOULD YOU DO IRON WARS?

Iron Wars is Classic CrossFit Programming. Our goal is to test overall fitness across different domains and intensity.

Our competition goal is to be accessible to the Saturday warriors and the elite level athletes.

We also know there's a ton of competitions this time of year.

Iron Wars is a non-profit competition. Iron Wars supports our teens and kids programs.

Iron Wars has helped us get tons of teenagers into the gym and NO COST to them. CrossFit Iron Muscle is a partner with the Tooele School District. Our goal is to help more teenagers get active.

Your registration pays for mentorship, scholarships, education, and events for kids and teens.

Your contribution can change a kids life.

See you in November!

Well that’s a wrap on the 2026 @crossfitgames. Coming in this year I had no expectations. I surprised myself on some events, and learned a lot on others. But I genuinely had the time of my life out there!

Thanks for all the loud cheers and messages of support 🫶🏻

Excited to take everything I learned this last week and get back to work :)

✨ Friday Flashback ✨
Some people compete to win. Others compete to prove to themselves they can.

Last year, one athlete stepped onto the competition floor just one week after completing a Half Ironman. Why? Because she loves trying new things, chasing new challenges, and checking experiences off her bucket list.

But the best part?

She didn't come alone.

She convinced her two younger sisters and her mom to join her for their very first competition. In fact, her mom had never even done CrossFit before signing up for The Summit Games.

That's what The Summit Games is all about. It's not just for seasoned competitors, it's for families, first-timers, friends, and anyone ready to take on something new together.

So what's on your bucket list?

Make this the year you step onto the competition floor.

Register today and we'll see you in September. 💪🔥
