Introducing… our $500 GRAND PRIZE WINNER from the 6-Week LWL IGNITE Challenge… 🥁 In just 6 weeks, Debbie is down 13 lbs and 16 inches. 🤯 Debbie’s Game Plan is SIMPLE, not EASY: ➡️ Follows the @liftwithlivmethod workouts with the strongest consistency (hasn’t missed a LWL lift, EVER) ➡️ Tracks her macros with LWL ➡️ Gets her daily steps in ➡️ Doesn’t let Menopause stop her from achieving results An incredible transformation that’s really ONLY the beginning. 💖 I want to leave you with a quote that she wrote in her final submission: “This was the challenge where I decided that I was going to be in control of the outcome. I wasn’t going to let life throw me curveballs. I knew it wasn’t the best time to start the challenge BUT is there EVER a good time? I am super proud of myself that I was able to follow through for the first time. I have not felt this good about myself both physically and mentally for about four years.” 🚨Can you do me a favor and give Debbie some love in the comments? CONGRATULATIONS DEBBIE! Well, deserved. 🎉 🚀 P.S. We have a challenge kicking off at the top of the New Year. If you want results like Debbie’s & want to have access FIRST, COMMENT “2025” below to hop on the waitlist for the New Year Challenge. ⬇️ #transformationtuesday #strongwomenrule #iam1stphorm #s2faction #supplementsuperstores #womensupportingwomen #weightlosstransformations #workoutsforwomen
