Because preparation isn’t just part of the workout—it’s what sets the body up to perform at its best.

A targeted activation warm-up helps:
* Prime the nervous system so muscles are ready to fire
* Improve muscle engagement so key muscles like the glutes and core do their job
* Increase blood flow to working muscles and joints
* Improve range of motion for stronger, more efficient movement
* Reduce injury risk by preparing prime movers and stabilizers to work together
* Maximize power output by getting the nervous system ready to recruit fast-twitch muscle fibers

Don’t just show up and train. Prepare to perform. The little things done before training can make a big difference when it’s time to compete.

Since January, our guys have attacked every single day — starting with an 8-week Pro Day prep and carrying that same intensity straight into rookie minicamp preparation. No days off mentally. No shortcuts physically. Just consistent, high-level work stacked over time.

This week’s Feature Friday goes out to our 2026 NFL Pro Day group — a group of athletes who have given everything they have over the past 8 weeks in pursuit of their lifelong dream: playing in the NFL.

Early mornings. Late nights. Long days. Most days training twice a day, pushing their bodies and minds to the limit in preparation for their moment.

They committed fully to the process — getting their recovery work in with @bannerchiro & @igniteprp , fueling their bodies with meals from @cleaneatzgrandrapidsmi position work with @archysdailydeposits & @zenner316 & speed with Coach @g2geib @coachbakergr & @kyle.p.murray while putting in the extra work when nobody else was watching.

We couldn’t be more proud of this group and we’re incredibly excited to watch each of you showcase everything you’ve worked for at Pro Day.
