Who would I be if I didn’t share the bad along with the good throughout this journey?

Without a doubt, this was my worst week by far since I’ve been on prep. Lack of sleep, cheat meals, stress, and just not doing the things I know I need to be doing to build the physique we’re chasing.

I can sit here and beat myself up feel sorry for myself, and let one bad week turn into another… or I can hit the ground running with a fresh start and make a promise to myself that this shit will never happen again.

Let’s fuck this week UP. Let’s fucking go. 🫡

What brings me joy is being able to go out and be a vendor. These opportunities allow me to connect with people.

I always like to leave a sample of my cards out to start conversation so people can know what it's like to have a thought-provoking conversation.

I think it's cool to hear what people think, their perspective and values, it's honestly a beautiful thing. What I also love is Enough Said Icebreakers is designed for all ages, for families and people you just met.

I'm looking forward to having more versions of Enough Said, because I believe there are many tones to the kinds of conversations we have!
