At the end of 2023, I became overwhelmed by the suffering I see in the world. I wanted to help so badly, and it felt nearly impossible. I sat with the feeling and listened for a way. I could see that there was no instant solution, especially on my own. But, sitting around a fire in Sedona with @aubreymarcus @erickgodsey and @livingwiththekingsburys, I did realize a way that I can help🏜️🔥 A dream was born in that moment: to do my very best to reach as many people as I can, and plant a seed that, in time, can grow to heal the root of this trauma we all share. I see that root, in humanity, as a fundamentally broken relationship to our emotions. And it can only be restored by going deep within: de-armoring our hearts, sharing the tender places, and bringing them LOVE. I dreamt of a new kind of shadow ‘work’ as PLAY, and an entirely new map to our emotions that can help us repair and reclaim everything that all of this trauma has stolen: the innocence of our inner child, the power of a dragon, and the treasure of our own unique souls. And that through this kind of healing -like a pinecone erupting its seed in the fire- a greater power could be born through us that could eventually sweep through the world, cracking open more hearts with HEART FORCE instead of the forces we have known. So I built that dream for @fitforservice. And in March, I put out an invitation to share it in a 13-week program that would culminate with an in-person retreat in Montana. 26 people joined me for the first group immersion, along with 150 more, each in their own areas of study with the other coaches. I want to send a shout-out to my amazing group this Spring! THANK YOU for being my dream come true. I started with students, and finished with allies that feel like family. I can’t wait to meet the next group and do it all over again this summer before we return to Sedona. A good friend of mine came over today with his camperized sprinter van. I enjoyed looking at what he had done with his van, and we talked about all the pros and cons of each accessory. 🤪We looked at Maps, and I learned about BLM land, and all the country we can see and cover with without using hotels.👌Already planning the next trip!😂 @dawahlet @prairie_sagefamily

Today a long-time dream came true for me. I climbed Chief Mtn with my cousin. I'll admit: it's been years since I did any real hiking and I'm definitely not in the physical shape I once was, so this felt like the most strenuous hike I've ever done. But that aside, it was a great day. We made it to the top, didn't get blown over the edge, and didn't run into any grizzlies (apparently 2 came very close to us at one point!).
