“Want to dominate as a pass rusher? 🏈💨 Speed, agility, and explosiveness separate the greats from the average. That’s why these 4 drills are a must in your training!

🔥 Ladder Drills – Improve your foot speed and coordination, so you can react quicker and beat O-linemen off the snap.
🚀 Cone Drills – Work on change of direction and edge bending, so you can dip under blockers and get to the QB faster.
💪 Hurdles – Build explosiveness and knee drive, helping you maintain power while staying low in your rush.
⚡ Step-Overs – Improve lateral quickness and balance, so you can counter and adjust mid-rush.

Master these and watch your pass-rushing game level up! Who’s adding these to their training? Tag a teammate who needs this! ⚡👊

Back in the cleats after 6 months. It’s been a long recovery process, this is just a step along the way.
