That is what I was craving when I created the Made to Multiply Mastermind five years ago.

Turns out, healing changed my definition of chic. 🤍

Intentional.

Quality clothes over fast fashion.
Filtered water. Knowing my labs. Asking questions. Biohacking tools I’ll save up for without hesitation. Living WELL.

And… booking the trip. Ordering the burgers. Spending half the summer away. Making the memories.

Four years into navigating stage 4 cancer, I’ve realized I don’t want wellness to become another version of perfection.

I want to support my terrain, lower my toxic load, regulate my nervous system, take an active role in my health… then go LIVE the life I’m working so hard to support with the people I love and a business I’m having fun building.

Because beating a statistic? Kinda chic.

Eight years ago, I said yes to yellow. 💛

What I didn’t realize was that I was saying yes to a company, a community, and a mission that would continue to grow year after year.

Yesterday at our Executive Reunion, I was reminded why I’m still here.

The conversations were real. The collaboration was genuine. Leadership listened. Ideas were shared. And the focus was clear: helping more people experience better health and creating opportunities for those looking for something more.

After 17 years, Lifevantage isn’t a startup hoping to make it. It’s a stable company with proven products, patented science, and a vision for the future.

As I listened to stories of lives changed through activation, I couldn’t help but think about the people who are searching for the right place to plant their flag - a company with strong leadership, breakthrough products, and momentum that’s building.

I’ve never been more excited about the road ahead.

I used to think I was the problem.

Too much.
Too sensitive.
Too deep.
Too woowoo.
Too intense about healing.
Too driven.
Too emotional.
Too closed off.
Too empathetic.

Too SOMETHING.

So I tried to shrink.
To explain myself better.
To make others more comfortable.
To fit into rooms, relationships and even health appointments that didn’t actually feel right.

And all it did… was disconnect me from myself.

Going through cancer and everything that came with it changed that.

When your life gets stripped back, you don’t have the energy to keep performing for people who don’t see you.

You start to notice…..
Who listens… and who dismisses.
Who supports… and who questions everything you’re becoming.
Who holds space… and who makes you feel like you’re “too much.”

And that’s when it clicked for me:
✨ If people don’t match your vibe… change the people, not the vibe.

Not from a place of ego.
But from a place of self-respect.

This applies to everything:
The rooms you walk into.
The practitioners you trust with your body.
The people you build a business with.
The friendships you pour into.

Because the right people?
They don’t make you question yourself.
They don’t make you feel crazy for listening to your body.
They don’t make you shrink your growth.

They see you.
They support you.
They listen.

And when you find that… everything expands.

Your healing deepens.
Your business aligns.
Your confidence grows.
Your nervous system finally exhales.
You fly high.

You stop trying to be understood by the wrong people…
and start being fully expressed around the right ones.

So if you’re feeling out of place right now
it might not be you.
It might just be the room.

Find your people.
The ones who feel like exhale, not tension.

I thought my life was falling apart…
but it was actually falling into place.

Cancer didn’t just shake me… it stripped everything back.
I felt lost, scared, and unsure of who I even was anymore.

I had to rebuild from the inside out.
I needed more time and financial freedom to heal.
I had to learn how to support my body.
I needed to get my internal terrain in check.
Listening to what my body had been trying to tell me all along.
I needed calm. I needed safe. I needed balance.

Somewhere in that chaos…
I found purpose.
I found my voice.
And most importantly, I found my people.

The kind of women who show up.
Who cheer for you.
Who remind you who you are when you forget.

It’s been healing.
Not perfect. Not pretty. But powerful.

From breakdown to breakthrough.
From mess to message.

If you’re in the middle of your “what is happening to my life” season…
this is your reminder: something bigger is being built in your life and within you.

It's hard to put into words how impactful the last LIFEVANTAGE convention was!

Breaking through Barriers- we all literally broke a board! Talk about empowering!

I spoke in front of 300 people for our healthcare professionals meeting as part of the Scientific Advisory Board as well as 100 for our team meeting! This is huge for me! The biggest group I've ever spoken in front of!

Barriers of getting to the next level to build a legacy while impacting others on their health and finances....chills!

I spent the whole trip in awe, in gratitude, and so many goosebump moments. I have really leaned into what does God want for me out of this trip, and I'm still figuring it out! But what I know is that I'm not scared to be my authentic self and sharing more on how others can also create the same legacy for themselves!

The products change lives. The company and opportunity change lives. The community also changes lives. I've seen it and thousands of others have seen it too!

Learning to believe in myself and meeting so many others who also believe in you… that’s encouraging. That’s true community. 🤍

I had the chance to hear so many testimonies you guys. Beautiful, BRAVE women and men who took a chance and have changed the lives of the people around them and around the world. 🌎

This all truly feels like a dream. Especially the last 6 months! But the ONE decision that I made back in November changed my life and I wouldn’t know it until the next day. I made a big decision that I normally would overthink but went for it — ‼️ I went for it because I had people who believed in me and knew I had a story to share that could help others. Which in return made me believe in myself THAT MUCH.‼️

I need to give a more public THANK YOU to @dr.cherylbones and @the.rooted.ot 🧡 For speaking what was on their hearts that day back in November, not knowing what it would do for me and for the continued encouragement since! It wouldn’t have happened otherwise! 🤍

I have a passion to help people in so many ways. Healthwise. Mentally. Physically. It’s my calling. So let’s get started!!
