Everything Everywhere All At Once 🌀🔥

what do camels, tattoos and movement have in common..

chat I have no idea
and that’s life

the more time I spend attempting to understand everything that’s happening, the further away I get from it

the practice of utter presence is a better use of time

acknowledge the expansion and contractions
find a lens of gratitude
and give the rest to God

lately my days have been filled with teaching a ton of movement, building wonderful connections and a questionable amount of traveling

I am thankful for this human experience
and all that is left to unfold

onwards family 🙏🏽✨
