As I reflect on reaching this milestone, I find myself thinking less about the number itself and more about everything that has changed along the way.

Over the past four years, the studio has been one of the constants in a life that has continued to evolve. I've walked through those doors during periods of joy, uncertainty, growth, grief, confidence, self-doubt, and transformation. Sometimes arriving with energy to spare; other times arriving simply because I knew I needed to be there.

What strikes me most is that neither life nor growth happens in a straight line.

The person who took their first Psycle class is not the same person reaching 1,500 classes. And yet, there is something powerful about recognising that both versions, and all the versions in between, deserve appreciation for showing up.

The studio has been a witness to so many chapters of my life - career growth, personal challenges, healing, courage, and joy. In many ways, my growth inside the studio has mirrored my growth outside of it. Both have required me to embrace change, navigate uncertainty, trust myself more deeply, and allow myself to evolve.

As someone who spends much of my professional life supporting others through change and growth, I've come to appreciate the importance of having spaces that nurture my own. Psycle has been one of those spaces.

The studio has often been an anchor while navigating uncharted waters, reminding me that even when life changes, there is strength in returning to the practices, people, and places that help us reconnect with ourselves.

As an expat, the Psycle community has meant far more to me than a place to exercise. It has provided friendship, connection, belonging, and at times has felt like a surrogate family. What keeps me coming back is not only the movement, but the people who create the environment - those who encourage authenticity, vulnerability, and genuine human connection. In a world that often encourages us to present only the polished parts of ourselves, there is something powerful about spaces that allow us to show up as we are.

The studio has taught me that growth often happens gradually, almost imperceptibly...

PERSONAL VOWS for @borisjohnsonuk to the wedding industry. I took the liberty of writing them for you, Boris, now I’d love it if you could reflect on them, hold@our hands, look into our eyes, AND SAY THEM BACK!

And we are live on something I have been so proud to be part of - the next step in the @whataboutweddingsoffical campaign.

We are trying to get the government’s attention the way we know best - creatively and impassioned!

So, I've taken the Liberty of making these vows, as @patchwork_it said, with love and controlled rage, to help turn our essential wedding protest into a fun to watch, but serious to consider, wedding party. A campaign to get the government to understand our plight as a £14.7 billion industry, somewhat overlooked.

I celebrated my book deal with a few friends last night and had one of those precious moments in life. I looked around at this lot chatting together and realised how lucky I am to have such kind, funny, generous people to call my friends. I felt honoured really and, in spite of a huge headache this morning, I still feel blessed.
