Power and Hang Cleans take a tremendous amount of time, detail, patience and understanding of the biomechanics to train and learn. Which is exactly why we do it. It’s not just that it’s one of the most important lifts for generating speed, power and total body stabilization, it’s the process it teaches athletes to focus on the execution over weight, how slowing the process down and focusing on the precision of the movement leads to a greater result longer term. Most youth training facilities in the area don’t have the understanding, relentless discipline to Coach the technical aspects of a clean. It would be very hard to find another training facility in the country that has the amount of athletes from high school, junior, college, and pro athletes, who can execute with precision the most beneficial lift in sports training like we can. #BeElite #BeAntifragile
