✨ Meet Ms. Dayna!! ✨
Hi everyone! I’m Dayna! 😊
I’m a mom to 11-year-old twins, and my daughter Natalie dances here at the studio!
I work full-time as an Academic Advisor at UAlbany, coach JV Girls Basketball at Shaker, and have coached at Orangetheory Fitness for over 10 years.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help athletes build strength, confidence, coordination, endurance, and healthy movement habits. I especially love working with young athletes and creating workouts that are challenging while still being fun, positive, and age-appropriate.
I’m so excited to work with the girls and help them build the strength, confidence, and endurance they need to grow as athletes and become even stronger dancers! 🩵🖤

We had SO much fun bringing the Upstate Muscle Mom crew together with @totalfitnesswithtoni at ABC Sports & Fitness💪🏼

ABC Sports & Fitness is a family-owned and operated facility offering a variety of ways to stay active, get stronger, and have fun doing it. From group fitness classes to extensive machines and free weights, it's a welcoming space for people of all ages and fitness levels. Coming soon is an expansion to the women's only training space with several upgrades and new equipment!👏🏼

ABC is currently offering a waiver to enrollment fees to any Muscle Moms looking to find a new gym home🧡

And because no Strong Mom Social is complete without coffee, we capped off our morning at The Daisy right up the road. A local favorite, serving strong coffee, delicious bites, and a cozy spot to mingle. ☕️

Thank you to ABC Sports & Fitness, Toni Howard and The Daisy for helping make this such a fun morning!

Always my favorite class to coach every year! 🌈
Yes we workout, dance, and have a blast but the meaning of this class goes much deeper than that…. It’s about bringing together members and ally’s of the LGBTQ+ community to remember how important it is for everyone to be able to live life as their authentic self. LOVE IS LOVE! ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤎🤍

Thank you to all the members for supporting the Albany Pride Center!
