Every year like clockwork….January, June, and somehow again by August Judah is already talking about his birthday. He dreams it up, chooses the theme, designs the cake, and brings the whole vision to life long before the day ever comes.

This year, when he told me he wanted an Army party… I’ll be honest, I panicked a little 😂 We have zero military ties in our family, but he was so sure. So we got to work and somehow pulled off the sweetest celebration for our boy.

Judah has always loved people. He notices others, talks to everyone, and carries an energy that fills a room. Watching that come alive at his party…seeing him light up with his friends, laugh until he could barely stand, and chase Noah around the ball pit was the kind of joy I pray he carries forever. And of course, Noah was right there beside him…his biggest fan, favorite partner, and sweetest little brother ready for every mission.

Planning parties is my love language to my kids. I love watching them be celebrated, surrounded by the people who love them most. This year we’ve started talking about swapping birthday parties for birthday trips and Judah’s intrigued. Who knows where we’ll end up… but for now, we’re holding onto this one.

It’s wild how a simple tradition can become a marker of time…how we’ve all grown, changed, and walked through so much together… yet we always end up here, in the same room, laughing until we cry.

These women mean the world to me. So thankful for another year of memories.

Incrível como está tudo escrito!
A estratégia “nova” do inimigo continua funcionando há milhares de anos porque não temos cuidado dos nossos muros. Eles facilmente se infiltraram no nosso meio, enquanto nós seguimos vivendo distraídos.
Uma cidade sem “muros” de valores, é uma cidade desprotegida e vulnerável a qualquer “cultura”. Está na hora de nos enchermos de coragem e começar o trabalho de reconstrução.
