A new layer of connecting . ✨

I’m currently taking a Yoga Nidra workshop to deepen my own practice and explore how this beautiful state of conscious rest can complement my Reiki work.

Yoga Nidra invites us to move beyond the noise of the everyday into stillness, presence, and a deeper awareness of the body and energy.

For me this training is about creating even more space to listen, feel, and connect both within myself and in the Reiki sessions I offer.

A little more learning, slowing down and getting deeper into the work 🤍
Thank you @masha_schmidt for these amazing programs
Make sure to check out all of the fun offerings with @daydreamcollaborative to help ease your way into the winter or take a pilates class with @rocpilates

Sunday October 18th
4:00pm-5:30pm
with Master Teacher Jen Daly

GYROKINESIS® is a movement technique that promotes flexibility, strength, breath, energetic flow, and range of motion in the joints. The class begins seated on a chair and incorporates both floor and standing work. The movements are gentle and repetitive with an emphasis on fluidity and breath connection. Gyrokinesis encourages the body to open, to strengthen, and to balance through movements that are nourishing for the muscles and nervous system.

Jen Daly is a Specialized GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer. She has been teaching the Gyrotonic methodology since 2000. Teaching movement and wellness is her life's work and she is grateful for every opportunity to share the Gyrotonic work with others.

This class is accessible to many bodies. We encourage you to try Gyrokinesis!

Modern medicine can be life-saving, but the side effects can be brutal. Many of us are trapped in continuous hormonal disruptions, medication cycles and chronic stress that keep our nervous systems locked in a permanent state of survival mode.

I know this battle intimately. Over a decade ago, a cancer diagnosis threw me into sudden, early menopause. Because hormone replacement therapy wasn’t an option for me, I had to navigate harsh, physical symptoms completely on my own.

That is how I found Yoga Nidra, and it completely changed my recovery.
Yoga Nidra is more than just a relaxation technique, it’s a physiological intervention. Clinical research shows it physically helps your nervous system recalibrate by lowering cortisol, regulating your brain’s internal thermostat, and restoring mental clarity.

🧘‍♀️ Join us for a 3-Week Yoga Nidra Series to bring cool your internal fire.
Starting Friday, September 11th at 6:30 PM.

➡️ Registration is $65 for the 3 week series, $25 for a single class.

✨ Open to all individuals.
🔗 space is limited. Link in bio to save your spot. We have props but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort!

Yoga Nidra for Cooling down 🪭

Join us for a 3-Week Yoga Nidra Series starting on Friday, September 11th @daydreamcollaborative at 6:30 PM

Register for all 3 sessions at $65, or $25 each class individually through the link in my bio or directly @daydreamcollaborative in Beacon, NY

The perfect way to wind down after a long week by cooling down the physical body, increasing emotional resilience, and anchoring the mind in inner wisdom. ✨

Yoga Nidra acts as a conscious bridge between waking and sleeping, guiding your brain waves into a deeply restorative liminal space. By resting here, Yoga Nidra can systematically down-regulate an overstimulated nervous system and allow the body to reset its internal thermostat.

Each session will offer a different Yoga Nidra meditation technique that will include gentle movement, tuning forks, aromatic hydrosol sprays all in a beautiful space carefully curated specifically to support your individual comfort needs complete with pillows, blankets, eye pillows and much more!

This series is open to all individuals seeking deep rest in community. We’d love to see you there!
