Week 1 is underway, and we’re off to an excellent start! 🔥

Yesterday was all about quick feet and explosiveness—building the foundation for faster acceleration, better agility, and more confidence on the ice.

Looking forward to another great day of work! 💪🏒

New York, THANK YOU!

I’m so grateful to this organization for all it has given me over the last 2 seasons. I’m immensely grateful for my teammates who have become best friends, and for the entire Sirens staff for their dedication.

Huge thank you to the fans, not only for supporting our team, but also for the endless support of Shake On! I am so humbled by the stories shared and incredible people I’ve had the opportunity to meet thanks to this initiative.

I can’t thank you all enough for making these last 2 years so special.

While this city will always hold a special place in my heart, I’m excited for what this next chapter holds 🤍
