On Friday, we tried something a little different.

We wanted to create a Friday night event that felt social, nourishing and enjoyable - without alcohol being at the centre of it.

So we brought together movement, mindfulness and connection for our first PilaTEAs evening with Darren and SoberLeaf. 🌿

The evening began with a Pilates class focused on strength, mobility and releasing the week’s tension, before slowing down over botanical teas, thoughtful snacks and good conversation.

What we loved most wasn’t just the movement or the tea - it was seeing people take time for themselves, connect with others and leave feeling genuinely restored.

At Alchemy, we’re always exploring new ways to support wellbeing and create meaningful experiences for our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special. 💛

Would you come to another PilaTEAs event? Let us know below 👇

40 incredible teachers joined me at Third Space.
The energy, the curiosity, the willingness to explore — it was something special.

Work like this is about stepping back, refining how you teach, and building things one step at a time.

“Clear, structured and perfectly suited to Pilates teaching.”
“The build up into inversions — one step at a time.”
“An inclusive, ‘think outside the box’ approach.”
That’s always the aim.

I’m so thrilled that the teachers liked it so much that I’ve been asked to come back — and I loved it so much, I said yes.🙌

See you all again soon ❤️

40 incredible teachers joined me today for a workshop at Third Space.

Thank you all for incredible energy, fun and trust everyone brought to the workshop. It was magical.

Third Space and its team has created a wonderful space for teachers to explore movement, develop their teaching and come together as a community.

This ultimately feeds back into the classes and members.

Sharing, collaboration and having fun is what it’s about and at the end of the day, this is why we teach.

For love of working with people

See you all again soon ❤️❤️❤️

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted a Pilates exercise. Meniscectomy surgery in April and a couple of other set backs have prevented me from doing much…but I’m back! Thanks @dazitickle for the “one spring (top) challenge 😉😏

Our Parent and Baby classes run Monday - Thursday (and Fitness on a Friday starting Sept!)

Pilates, Fitness, Yoga, Music & Movement - we’ve got a fab community of SW16 mammas, pappas and their bubbas moving and grooving! 💃🏽🕺🏼🍼

As the summer holibobs approach we know that it can be tricky to find time for yourself when schools are out - so if your little- one has a bigger-little-one kicking around for the next few weeks then please let us know if you want to bring them any Parent & Baby class too!

***for health and safety reasons we can only accommodate a limited number of siblings and also ask that they will happily stay calm and still colouring / watching bluey (and strictly only bluey because we love it💙) / reading / writing their memoirs, etc during the session. ***

If you have any questions please DM, email or WhatsApp us!

We’re sad to announce that Dina the Bubble dinosaur (pictured 🦖) has kicked the dust (RIP Dina) which may or may not have had something to do with Roxy the destroyer (also pictured 👶🏼) …but we’ve now got Nelly the Narwhale to get the party going 🤘🏽🫧
