Never underestimate the power of a photograph and what it can create

See if you can spot 2 slides here that were not shot with my @rewindpix_camera but were infact captures of energy to show you that no matter how dark or cloudy the day may seem on a journey you will meet energy, thank you @db8photography & @frangalac for capturing these rare moments

I’ve spent the last 2 days in bed with the biggest brain fog and pounding chest and on a ride I didn’t know when it would finish as it’s exhausting when your chest pounds all day

On days like this that I can’t leave my bed I look at photos of light, look at photos of where I have been, a community I shared a moment with

It took me 2 days just to get enough energy to just walk to the local shops to gather a few things and go for a walk to make a new step, a step to look for light, a sticker or just street art and feel like I was in a gallery so thank you @thisislostboy & @samtkerridge & @nathanbowenart

See living with complete heart block is tough as I look normal, and most of the time I get written off or get comments of am I keeping you awake as I yawn loads, last week I had to go to a&e and wait 9 hours to get seen completely as I was in so much pain with my swelling on arm and chest but they couldn’t help, I got the reaction this issue you have is not acute it’s chronic, I had to plead to get the head doc to write a letter to my cardiologist team just so I can get a special mri to find my blockages of the complications of being battery powered I guess as my local docs hadn’t done a thing as I looked normal and because I try to live each day to the fullest they don’t think I struggle because I move and strive to create energy to make others smile

So those 2 slides if you spot them are moments I strive for and even if I have no energy I will make those interactions happen as after you meet energy and inspiration to bring your camera game on it gives so much fire to create, who knows this is maybe why my photography style is different as if u surround yourself with the greats it creates a great melting pot.

So remember if u get asked can I take your photo do it as when you look back it will create a new..

The Photographer, Filmed... Episode 2...

Meet Bradley, someone I've known through socials for nearly a year but met face to face only last month.

Shooting on an 80's Japanese Nishika N8000, a quadrascopic camera that has four lenses that fire simultaneously to capture four slightly different angles of the same moment. The final result - a grainy, 80's feel 3D GIF that pairs perfectly within the car scene...

Bradley prioritised aesthetics identity over gear chasing, proving that a creative can dominate a niche by mastering a singular, nostalgic medium.

RETURN TO THE UNDERGROUND

A year back into the car scene has took me on a journey in itself and met many a great person and awesome cars

@vengaworld is a special show for me

Here’s why…..

A little before lasts years Vengaworld I had been told to stop cycling my bike like I had known all my life

I felt lost and unknowing what step to take next, it was down to my good friend @baxter.mch who said oh there is a car show on this weekend you need to go with your son and check it out

I went and I was blown away of how the car community comes together

At first all my photos were coming out under exposed and felt overwhelmed, some how I got a shot Nate’s bmw @idle.haus coming down the centre of the road with everyone checking out the entry of the Alpina’s entrance

Since that show I was hooked and kept practicing my long exposures so that I could take moments of projects and share them

It only seemed right that when @jaaksfilm interviewed me this years at Vengaworld about this style of photography did it seem fitting that I would agree to being infront of the camera, I’m never in front of the camera I actually hate it 🤣, I agreed to it as @jaaksfilm photography is a huge inspiration for me and this is what a community is about that we share techniques and visions so it helps new projects to come around

At Vengaworld it’s like one big family, showcars, daily’s, first cars, project cars and this is what really brings the double exposures to life to showcase the energy that all of the @vengaworld team create and bring together so that it helps us all on a journey to make such an event come together

Hearing all the stories of projects and spotting small stickers on the cars is half the fun, these are the small moments that make a ride special and unique and really makes it an adventure to find the best one to share with you all

I’ve been behind with replying to comments this week but will answer each one soon as my instagram blew up after @jaaksfilm great video

Here’s to sharing more moments of a journey

Now go and see what images you took of a show and share it as you never know it might just make someone’s day that their car got papped at a show

The show that started it all for me in 2025 @vengaworld

The show that got me to take my son along to car shows and take photos of moments and of cars that brought back my childhood and years of playing around with cars with friends and to share that bond again.

This show for me started a year of priceless moments on a twisty and winding road, it was like putting on a new set of tyres and feeling like the energy had come back.

My journey has had its ups and downs and with not being able to ride my bike and to maybe part with one passion and leave it behind due to illness, this show this year has shown me a world I have missed and everyone has made me feel so welcome and look forward to what journeys it may bring for the future.

Thank you

So Sunday the 14th of September 9:30am-13:00pm

At #forevergood bring your umbrella and let’s enjoy the awesome show that @vengaworld always put on and enjoy a coffee and chat about new rides and future journeys.

See you all there, come say hi if you want your picture taken.

ForeverGood Helping me find a passion again.

Journeys are all about paths crossing.

Sharing a smile, a common thought of wow look at this car, and looking at the small details and listening to some banging tunes whilst chilling out on a sunny Sunday morning at a great venue with friends.

Are all ways we make one piece of energy travel the world.
