Opening Day at Cherry Creek Little League is almost here—and we’re counting down the days. ⚾🥎

In just one month, we’ll gather back at the fields for one of the best days of the year—CCLL Opening Day—where players take the field, families reconnect, and a new season officially begins.

📅 Saturday, May 9, 2025
📍 Mission Viejo Park
⏰ Teams Line Up at 11:30 AM
🎉 Opening Ceremonies Begin at 12:00 PM

This year’s celebration is shaping up to be bigger than ever—and it’s all thanks to some incredible community partners helping make the day unforgettable:

• Aurora Police Department and McGruff the crime Dog– Connecting with families and supporting our community
• Aurora Bookmobile – Bringing books and fun for our players and siblings
• Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream of Southlands – The perfect sweet treat alongside our Snack Shack 🍦
• DBAT Centennial – Presenting our very first “Moments That Matter” Award, celebrating the memories that make CCLL special

We’ll also be sharing team photo schedules directly with coaches ahead of time, so keep an eye out and plan accordingly.

👉 Plan to make a day of it. Pack your chairs, bring the family, and settle in at the park.

Opening Day is one of the few times all season where every division is together. It’s a great opportunity for our younger players to watch the older divisions—and for those older players to take the field in front of a bigger crowd. That’s what makes this day special.

👉 Mark your calendar now. You won’t want to miss it.

Let’s kick off the season the CCLL way—together. 💙
