It’s mental. Just have to find that tempo and pacing that works for you and maintain it. The ends gets mentally tough. Especially the last 50.

I love these for the leg workout and the core. These 5s hit the legs hard when done as AMRAP becuaee so much up and down frequently if you push hard. It also hits the core really well.

This is a solid pace considering I am getting more extension on the first pump and standing up more tall at the top to engage the core more.

Of course if I do a shorty in the first pump o can go a lot faster but this pace is solid. I can go a lot longer and hold 9 per minute. It’s like a good coasting pace. Only issue would be need of water and feet going numb or tingly. But the 9 per minute pace is my spot to go for a marathon. A sprint would be 10-11 per minute.

Get yours done.

This is my 2nd time. Last time was a better pace but less extension to the upside so I’m happy with this one. It’s a marathon.

If 1000 singles is the “holy grail” what is 500 2 pumps? Bexusee this is alot harder mentally and physically.

100 question life and decisions
200 feel better but still question
250 feel like a machine half way
300 it hits hard and again wondering
400 really feel good and we got this
450 is can I finish this before exhaustion?
480 holy shit maybe k got it.
490 final stretch but arms feel it and it’s all mental.

Done!

This was crazy. I lost the 2 per minute pace because I was just slow today but | held it to get under 2 hours and was happy with that time. Previous PR was 150 of these but I did them at 2 per minute. I’m getting more extension now so these are a little slower.
