BLACK FRIDAY @ GET HIP || Record Store Day + in-store sales | art show | live music
After visiting the Get Hip record store (open 10am – 6pm) for Black Friday Record Store Day exclusives and in-store only deals, join us upstairs for the after party!

Doors are at 6pm and will feature an art exhibition by Karl Mullen and a DJ set by Get Hip’s own captain, Gregg Kostelich. The work will be displayed through Saturday with select pieces for sale. Maura Mullen from Zinnia’s Garden, a Pittsburgh-based ethereal rock band, will start the night off at 7pm, and Pittsburgh post-punk pioneers Carsickness will round out the night starting at 8pm.

Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Hope to see you there!

Thanks to all who came out Saturday to our Artist Reception for Karl Mullen. It was such a treat to have him perform. Other special guests included his daughter, Maura, bandmate, Dennis Childers, and our own gallery director, Jeff Jarzynka.

Karl’s “A Clarion Call” is on view through March 2.
