AC TRIATHLON — OLYMPIC DISTANCE | Race Recap

Went in not feeling 100% due to some weekend celebrations/unexpected work but I wasn’t going to let anything hold me back.

Swim: Felt great and finished the 1-mile swim in 43:14.

T1: Fast and fresh — 2:57.

Bike: Flat, fast, and a big PR at 21.7 mph over 22 miles.

T2: Fumbled with my shoes but still got out in 2:10.

Run: Brutal heat on the boardwalk. Needed every available aid station for water and pushed through to an 8:16/mi 10K.

Overall, an absolute blast. Fast, scenic, and a great race held by @delmoeliteevents
