( Those of you that know of me know that I keep to a small group of key people that I value as my family blood or not ) These past 20 weeks of prep changed me and my life, and I will forever be thankful. You guys mean the world to me and I’m so happy that I was able to truly identify my strengths and capitalize on weak areas in life to grow progress every day not only as a bodybuilder but as a Human with you and God.
