✨💕 I’M ALL IN — BRAVE & BELOVED! 💕✨
Look what arrived! 💗 My Brave & Beloved bracelet along with the sweetest letter from Donna & Rachel — and I’m so excited for what September is going to bring!
I’m getting ready to start a new journey alongside a whole bunch of amazing ladies within my company, diving deeper into our personalized DNA results and learning how to actually put that information into ACTION. 🧬💪
I did my DNA several years ago, but there is SO much more available to us now. I’m ready to learn more about what makes MY body uniquely mine and how I can use that knowledge to make better choices for my health and wellness.
And I LOVE the meaning behind this bracelet… 💕
BRAVE enough to make choices based on what my body is telling me.
BELOVED enough to remember that taking care of myself matters too. ❤️
But the best part? We’re doing it TOGETHER! Accountability, encouragement, sharing our wins, learning from each other and cheering one another on. 🙌
A huge THANK YOU to Donna & Rachel for putting this accountability group together and for my beautiful reminder to wear on my wrist every day. 💗
And guess what? We’re inviting others to join us! You don’t have to sit on the sidelines. If you’ve ever wondered what your DNA could tell you about YOUR nutrition, fitness and wellness, I’d love to have you come along on this journey with us.
💌 Message me for the details!
Here’s to being BRAVE, BELOVED & ALL IN! 🧬💕🙌

Building a legacy with my friends. 🧱by🧱

Locked in with people I can lean on, learn from, support, educate, challenge, that I allow to challenge me. Locking arms with the right people changes everything.

I found a company that aligns with what I believe in…

• Precision isn’t optional… it’s a form of integrity
• If you’re going to be ambitious, tie it to something meaningful
• If it serves others, it’s meaningful
• If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together
• Creatine monohydrate
• Creatine monohydrate

Awards this year:
🥇Top Performer
🥇Top Recruiter
🏆Top 10 New Volume
⚔️Award for Strategic Excellence

Not the sidelines, not the middle… I’ll lead from the front.

I was so clear on what I DIDN’T want that I had to say “yes” to this✨

Why do we keep selling ourselves short because we’re afraid to try?

I didn’t start big.
I just wanted to pay for my supplements.

That’s it.

But somewhere along the way it shifted from 🗣️ “this helps cover my products” to 🗣️ “holy cow… this is actually everything I want in a CAREER.

Extra income, incredible trips, leadership opportunity that I wasn’t “qualified” for in the corporate world, watching people feel better in their own skin again, seeing women pay off trucks 🛻 (ask me about this podcast interview!), step into their calling, and gain confidence.

That lights me UP. 🔥

And the best part?
I don’t have to be salesy or weird.
I just share my experience (which let’s be honest… I’d be doing anyway 😂).

Results vary — and that’s real.
The difference? Perseverance. Serving people well. Lifting others up.

Everyone has to start somewhere.

It could be for you. It might not be. But how will you ever know if you don’t try..? You owe yourself at least that. 😉 I hope you’ll join us next year!

This past year tested me—uncertainty, pain, and questions about my purpose. I almost gave up on my dreams. But after this weekend, everything’s crystal clear: when God’s at the center and you’re aligned with His plan, your path lights up with purpose and eternal impact.

I’m so grateful for the hurdles that didn’t stop me—because missing this weekend would’ve been a tragedy.

If you feel called but it seems impossible, lean in. On the other side is clarity, breakthrough, and a future full of promise.

I’m beyond excited for what’s coming next—stay tuned! 🔥✨

Have you ever just known? Like in your gut… you just know?

Listen up… I’ve got my hands on something that I can’t stop sharing. And I don’t just know it in my gut— I can see it!! Its happening!!

According to the CDC, 73% of U.S. adults are overweight or obese and 76% of U.S. adults have at least one chronic condition.

65% of Americans live pay check to pay check.

The supplement industry is over a billion dollar industry projected to grow about 10% in the next few years.

50% of Americans desire deeper meaningful community.

I have the honor of helping people look, feel, perform, sleep, and age better. My industry is growing increasingly. The lives I’m blessed to impact is growing. I have deep community and friendship that is extremely purposeful.

Don’t miss this opportunity. It’s blowing up! I’m partnered with the only company in the world that offers a HIPAA protected DNA fitness and nutrition test, a HIPAA protected methylation panel, customized vitamins that are unique to the individual with millions of outcomes not package ABC or D, scientifically proven cellular energy boosting strip, and clean supplements. But the best part is the opportunity to earn money!

Residual income has opened so many doors for our family and I want others to experience this blessing.

I’m honored to work alongside incredible human beings who love Jesus and love others. This picture is of women I’m blessed to partner with on this journey— we represent different age demographics… 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and guess what? We are all at different stages and yet have found community while helping others.

There’s always a seat at the table for you. I pray daily that the Lord will bring people into my life who need this opportunity. If there’s any part of you that can resonate with this message, then I’d love to have a conversation with you. Don’t let doubt hold you back from what’s possible.

I can rant about IDLife’s science and income opportunity all day…

But, if these people were just a group that chose to get together once in a while without the creatine, DNA reports, customized vitamins, residual income options, and all-expenses paid trips to Costa Rica… I’d still drop everything.

Some people go to work with their co-workers, hang with their friends after, and then go home to their families. With us, it’s hanging with co-workers who are family. We’re all very different, but something about choosing to make a living by helping people find health attracts a certain caliber of human.

This week I found my new favorite spot on the planet (La Leona), guided the crew out to see it for themselves, traversed a bat cave, learned that stroopwaffles exist, ding-ed wine glasses with the best of em’, hiked my heart out, inappropriately taste-tested a margarita, got humbled by a waterfall, received a lot of wisdom from friends, discussed 10x-ing the company without compromising what we represent, found out we are all getting pay increases, and we deleted the resort’s ice cream supply 3 nights straight.

My cup runneth over. If you’re looking to be part of something like this… #BetterCallPaul

Making changes is never easy; it can be quite challenging, but it is essential for growth. Without change, there can be no progress. Whether the changes are big or small, once you take the first step, you realize that you’ve already accomplished the most difficult part.

From there, it’s important to keep taking action toward your goals. Break them down into smaller, manageable achievements, and create a strategy to help you reach your ultimate goal.

Let’s not do this alone. Your health is the most important factor in achieving anything you strive for. Visit my website, and let’s begin your journey to becoming a better you and reaching your goals today with ID LIFE: EVASALLO12.IDLIFE.COM.

Heart is full 🤍

These friends that I only get to see on occasion in person have such a special place in my heart. I was so busy and overwhelmed at the thought of going out of town this weekend I almost didn’t, but it was more than worth it when I got the tightest, most sincere hugs from so many. They are incredible leaders, wives, mommas and friends. Not to mention the Christ-like examples that are flowing from each and every one. I treasure these times 🎄

If you find yourself looking for community and friendships with love and support, I would love to welcome you in to ours 🫶
