Pilates isn’t just about flexibility.

It’s about strength, stability, control, and learning how your body moves.

At Core Moves Performance, we use the reformer to challenge more than just one muscle at a time. Movements like this require your core to stabilize while your upper body produces force—all while maintaining control.

That’s what we mean when we say:

Move Better. Train Smarter. Feel Stronger.

What a fun JUMP Class this past Saturday!

We def broke a sweat, laughed, and may have lost the ball a few times 😂, but that’s the beauty of it—you get so caught up having fun that you almost forget you’re exercising.

We wrapped up class with some Short Spine to give our backs a little love and leave feeling refreshed.

Can’t wait for the next one! 💙

My other side of creative....Sneak peak of kitchen/nook refresh! Not done yet, but love it when my clients give me freedom to bring new wow to looks we previously did that look a “wee bit” tired now. It’s hard to believe it was 10 years ago! Custom lighting (my iron/lighting guy never disappoints) and paint artists captured my vision and worked with me to bring new light, airy “sassy classy” while keeping to the classic European feel of this Westlake home...all while my client prepares for a rehearsal dinner at the home! Can’t wait to finish this space off! High end homes, condos, industrial, set design and large functions....love bringing a space to life. So blessed.

Today’s project in Turtle Creek. Rania @RN interiordesign did an awesome job on this Master Bedroom! The finishing touch was changing the finish on the piece below the tv. @dcb_creations and I layered a soft grey with a deeper charcoal, then highlighted with muted white! Totally changed the look and feel! Love working with talented creatives! Love my job!
