Today was powerful @510hikers @theloovemooreshow @unitytilinfinity A group of men with similar stories, similar upbringings, and real life on our shoulders came together not as enemies — but as brothers.

We laughed, talked, opened up, and walked side by side… realizing we all carry weight, we all struggle, and we all deserve spaces like this to breathe, heal, and grow.

These moments matter. These groups are needed.
Iron sharpens iron — and today we proved that.

I opened my life and trauma up to the world so that my journey can motivate others or help people understand who I am and where I come from. Seeing my dad with my son reminds me how hard conversations can lead to answers, new beginnings, and deeper understanding. Nobody’s perfect, but with love, support, and positive environments we can break cycles and build stronger bonds.

Every pair of socks I hand out is more than just warmth I t’s love, dignity, and hope. The smiles and happiness from the people are therapeutic for me, a reminder of why I keep going. I’ve learned that to keep showing up for my people, I have to care for myself first… mentally, emotionally, and financially or else who will .

After losing my mom to an overdose, my journey has been about healing, creating awareness, and walking through bereavement with purpose.
