We haven’t had enough.

We keep pushing. We keep evolving. And most importantly, we keep enjoying the process, embracing every challenge life throws our way.

3 weeks out. Time to test the body, challenge the mind, and see what we’re made of.

The mind is powerful, but only you can unlock the power within you.

Dad mode. Comeback mode. No excuses. Just work.

First parkrun. First place. 17:14.

Centennial Park, surrounded by hundreds of runners for a Saturday morning tradition I’d never done before. Lined up, went for it, and came away with the win

One down. See you next Saturday?? Maybe

POV: when the A1 session feels really A1 🤙

Straight out of the pool, still buzzing. No better feeling than nailing the set. And It wasn’t a fast one but if you are ireally into it, you should know that training with accurate feeling it has a purpose for developmentl . Constantly evolving

Early mornings, I quite still reach for that same pre-workout.

My dad used to give it to me before sessions back in the Brazilian Army days. He had no idea about the science behind nitrates, he just knew that simple combination worked. And he was right. Simple things work well.

Beet + orange. Nature’s pre-workout. Nitrates for the legs, vitamin C for recovery. No sugar, no shortcuts, just real food doing the work.

Cut. Squeeze. Blend.

The new protein clusters from @iamgroundedco are next level.

I’ve been adding them to pretty much every meal lately. Today’s topping: my rice pudding.

Caffeine is everywhere in endurance sport. But could it work harder for us? ☕🏃‍♀️

Walk through any race expo or stand on the start line and you’ll see it. Caffeinated gels. Chews. Gummies. Drinks.

There’s a good reason for that. Caffeine is one of the most researched legal performance aids available, helping athletes stay focused and making hard efforts feel just that little bit easier.

But here’s what we don’t hear enough about…

Every hard training session and race creates oxidative stress. While caffeine can help your performance, it doesn’t help your body deal with that stress on its own.

That’s why we’ve always been fascinated by coffee fruit.

Not the bean. The bright red fruit that grows around it.

Unlike isolated synthetic caffeine, coffee fruit naturally contains both caffeine and polyphenol antioxidants. It’s how nature packaged it from the start.

It’s also why we’ve built I Am Grounded around this incredible ingredient. Not because it’s trendy, but because we believe performance nutrition should do more than just give you a hit of energy.

Fuel your performance. Support your recovery. Make every ingredient count.

Have you ever heard of coffee fruit before? 🍒☕

Three months in, and he’s already seeing his first podium. 🥈👶

I’ve missed the rush of being back in action more than I can say. To have everything start for me here in Penrith, and now to have him cross the finish line with me for the first time... that’s a win no clock can measure.

Huge congrats to Nico for a clinical sub-1 hour performance to take the top spot. I’m stoked with a 1:02 and 2nd Overall for the comeback.

The Splits:

Swim: 11’ 🏊‍♂️ (1’28/100)

Bike: 31’ 🚴‍♂️ (37.5km/hr)

Run: 18’ 🏃‍♂️ (3’34/km)

The first of many more to come together.

Some runners think going faster means trying harder
But tension kills efficiency.

The best athletes know how to relax at speed.
