When women, business and wellbeing come together. 🌿✨

Recently, our Arua team joined the Leaders in Heels gathering in Berlin, connecting with inspiring women and exchanging ideas on business, wellbeing and personal growth.

At Arua, we believe that growth isn't just about what we achieve, but also the connections we build, the experiences we share, and what we learn from one another.

A big thank you to @official_leadersinheels @madamevintour and @vitalproteins.de for the invitation and bringing us together!

Stay tuned for exciting announcements and follow @arua.wellness for what's coming next. 🌿

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on art and the spaces we experience it in, and what makes certain places stay with us.

And my thoughts wandered back to a summer morning when my yoga mat found its way into Berlin’s @neuenationalgalerie . 🧘‍♀️🎨 led by @yoflaminga & @tana.asana

There’s something special about practicing yoga surrounded by art. Both invite us to explore, feel, and see the world through a different lens.

I guess it’s not just the place, but how we experience it that makes it memorable.

In 1750, a Brandenburg farmer would have called you crazy for paying money just to lift heavy iron and put it back down. 🏋️‍♂️🚜

Steam engines replaced our muscle. Computers replaced mental math. And now, generative AI is moving in on language and first drafts.

During our XU Immersion Week, guest speaker Manuel Sanchez from DKB Code Factory challenged our students with a single question: „When machines do the heavy cognitive lifting — what’s left in your mental gym?“

Sitting in an open circle with President @profstefanstein, student @emma._.berning , and moderator @dctrviolet , the answer became clear:

🧠 Staring at a blank page without panic.
🎯 Owning hard decisions when data conflicts.
🔍 Asking the questions an algorithm wouldn’t even think to consider.
Tech will keep scaling. Personal judgment is what you have to train on purpose.

👇 Drop your answer: What is the ONE mental muscle you refuse to outsource to AI?

Still somewhere in Italy, honestly. Probably always will be a little.

So grateful to @ode.yoga.institute for having me back to assist with this year’s teacher training, what a privilege to be in the room for something like this. The wonderful humans, the practices, the quiet moments in between. All of it was magic.

These new teachers are going to do beautiful things ✨🤍

Today is our last day in Italy at the gorgeous @oleaitaly.

In just a few hours these wonderful people will hold their certificates as certified yoga teachers and they truly deserve it. We’re so moved by their dedication, devotion, trust and all the love and kindness they bring to this training and into this group. This week has been more than the cherry on top after 5 months of learning, practicing and growing together. What a journey!

It’s always difficult to put into words how this actually feels and what truly happens in a space like this. All we can say is that it is beautiful, moving and life enriching 🤍

We are super proud and full of love!

Hello from Italy 🌿 Our final intensive week of the 200 hour hybrid teacher training is in full swing and it’s hard to put into words how beautiful, profound, expansive and intense this experience is.

After five months of studying, practicing, growing and learning together online, we finally meet here in person for a week of blossoming. Watching students step into the teacher role with so much heart, confidence and authenticity is deeply moving.

There are friendships deepening over long dinners, laughter around the table, daily teaching practice, shared nerves, breakthroughs and so much support.

And having our assistants here who once completed this very training themselves, and are now co-teaching alongside us. Full circle moments 🤍

Tomorrow the final exams already begin and we honestly couldn’t be more proud of this wonderful, warm and supportive group!

Thanks to @oleaitaly for being our home for this experience!
