It was only when I started taking everything down that I noticed it - the reflection of the other side of the room in the balloon 🎈
Children really do see the world differently… in the details we often forget to look at 🤍

***These plexi and plywood decorations were mostly custom made for me and gifted with love by the talented @cutitnow.pl team 🤍

📌 Fighting the Algorithm – Pls don’t hurt me no more 😅📸✨

Trying to make my photos look suspenseful… no idea how, but apparently it’s a thing 😅📸✨

I may have gone a little overboard with the spring vibes 😂
Bees, hens, bunnies, ducks… and even a bit of greenery made it in.
Honestly, it doesn’t get much more spring than this 🐝🐔🐰🦆
A few daffodils or tulips would be perfect… but hey, you can’t have it all 🌼

When he says he dreams of hens… and you just spent the last hour weeding HIS ‘dream garden’ 🐔😂
So the only hens he’s getting? These ones.

🔥 January tried to destroy me… and almost succeeded.
3 AM chimney fire, frozen pipes, mini boiler explosion… then the sickness wave that took out the whole family 🤯
So this year, you won’t see any Valentine’s decorations on my feed — no hearts, no glitter. I’ve had enough chaos, thank you very much 😅
Instead, my Valentine is 🍩 donuts.
In Poland, we have Fat Thursday on February 12th — a “holiday” where the rule is: eat as many donuts as humanly possible. No guilt allowed. ❤️☕✨
And yes… I’m counting the days 😂 February 12th — I’m ready for you!

How many cushions is too many cushions? 😂

When you can’t sit without moving three first!

As you can clearly see… still plenty of space 😂😂😂

Which one is your favourite?

***Some cushions were kindly gifted by @moi_mili , with others from family and friends and a „few” I bought myself.

„Freshly renovated,” they said 😅
Lesson learned: never trust a landlord.

It’s just a room.

Until it isn’t.

The words our kids see every day
matter more than we think.

Save this if you agree 🤍

Phases of a Mini Makeover 🛠️🎨
While working on this part of the room, I went through all the classic renovation phases:
1️⃣ The Asking Phase – “Hey babe, could you please fill those holes in the wall?”
2️⃣ The Threat Phase – “Fix them… or I’ll do it myself.”
3️⃣ The Begging Phase – “Pleaaase, it’ll only take five minutes!”
4️⃣ The Acceptance Phase – “Okay fine, he’s never going to do it.”
5️⃣ The DIY Phase – “Watch me. I can do it myself!”
6️⃣ The Critic Phase – him: “You know, you could’ve done it better… and cheaper.” 🙄😂
Moral of the story: never underestimate a woman with a paint roller and a point to prove 💅🎨

And please tell me: Why I even bother to ask? 😂🙈

„Odkryłam coś, co całkowicie mnie pochłonięto - tufting.
Jest to technika, dzieki której powstają ręcznie robione dywany z akrylowej włóczki.
Recznie tworze unikalne, miekkie dywany - kazdy z nich moze by
małym dziełem sztuki do Twojego wnetrza.

* Przyimuje równiez indywidualne i personalizowane zamówienia,
tworzone specjalnie dla Ciebie, lub Twoich bliskich.
To dopiero poczatek mojej przygody, ale juz wiem - to moja nowa pasja.
Przytulam ciepło i będę wdzięczna za wsparcie na nowym początku”
