Someone has to say it… If your dog walker cannot provide structure and control, it might be time to reconsider. 👀 Pack walks should build neutrality, confidence, and calm. Not chaos. No rules. No boundaries. Total free-for-all energy? That’s not enrichment. That’s a recipe for reactivity. Structure creates freedom, and your dog deserves both. I often think there’s a misconception around the role of the average dog walker. Not all dog walkers are dog trainers, and that’s okay. However, when you’re responsible for a large pack of dogs, safety must always come first. That means creating a structured pack with clear rules and boundaries, where dogs understand what’s expected of them and are set up to succeed.
