Ep 14 | It’s been a minute since I posted a Sammies with Sam & I have had this in my drafts for awhile. DD Mau was fantastic - The Banh Mi was packed full of flavor with a crusty baguette, tender pork, and pickled veggies. ✨virgo season✨

in the past month, I started regularly going to boxing/kickboxing classes 3 times a week, got a personal trainer, bought an Oura Ring (thanks mom and dad), started getting more intentional with my meals and talking to a dietician, made more time for reading, got my first massage, AND did a sleep study to find out if I have sleep apnea or something else (results coming in this week). nothing like virgo season for self-improvement! 🙌
