What a night, what an event! The 2026 BITA Gala did not disappoint!

We’d like to once again thank our sponsors for their support in making this night happen:

Headline sponsors - Gypsemna & Jadco
Award Sponsors - CField, JCB and Invent Interiors
Champagne Prizes - Ireland Exclusive

We’d like to thank all of the guests who attended the event, as well as the whole of the team at BITA who, without them, nights like these would not happen.

Congratulations again to everyone recognised on the stage. Here is a look back at some of the highlights from an unforgettable night.

🦁💚 A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO DEAN 💚🦁

We’d like to take a moment to say a massive thank you to Dean for this incredible piece of artwork that he has created for Heads Up Gentlemen.

This beautiful lion painting is not only an amazing piece of art, but for us it represents strength, courage, resilience and standing together — everything that we believe in at Heads Up Gentlemen. 🦁💪

The detail, the character and the powerful use of colour really make this piece something special. The green running through the artwork makes it feel even more connected to what we stand for. 💚

We are genuinely so grateful to Dean for putting his time, talent and creativity into creating this for us. It means a great deal to myself and to everyone involved with Heads Up Gentlemen.

And I’m incredibly proud to say that it has now taken pride of place in my front room. 🏡💚

Every time I look at it, I’ll be reminded of what we're trying to achieve — creating a place where men can come together, talk openly, support each other and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Dean, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤️

Your artwork will always have a special place with Heads Up Gentlemen. 💚🦁

NO SILENCE. JUST STRENGTH. 💪

Eighteenth floor. Duplex penthouse. Manchester city centre. 🏙️

We spent the afternoon here today, Felix and I, and the city just laid itself out in front of us from the terrace. Inside, the space is something else entirely. Thoughtful, light-filled, and anchored by a beautiful piece of art by Dean Douglas that I kept coming back to.

Felix had already picked his room before we left. I cannot say I blame him.

This penthouse is for sale. Every detail is in the caption below. Reach out to Dalya at DDRE and she will take care of you.

Let me take you through one of the busiest weeks of my year so far and somehow, I know even busier ones are still ahead. ✨

This season is teaching me the importance of focus, boundaries, and staying aligned with the bigger vision. As much as I genuinely love networking events, conferences, learning days, and meeting inspiring people, every day spent attending them also means the behind-the-scenes work gets pushed back. And as a solo founder running a social enterprise, the pressure to meet deadlines, deliver projects, and keep everything moving is very real.

So, if you’re someone who wants to create meaningful social impact and can volunteer your skills, time, or practical support over the next 12 months - I truly need you right now. 💛

The year ahead is going to be incredibly busy, exciting, and community-driven, and I know I can’t do it alone. Every bit of support will help create opportunities, safe spaces, creativity, and wellbeing for so many people.

If you join this journey, you really will be making a difference - I can promise you that. ✨

Thank you for being here and supporting the vision. 💕
